I am happy to announce that I've completed the Kundalini Teacher Training after 10 months. It includes breath, kriyas, music and meditation ( my fav part) :)
Also, I recently started teaching Yoga Mantra meditation classes here in Montreal.

Hello again and hope you are enjoying the remaining days of summer . I know I am taking advantage of the last summer days we have here in Montreal. I wanted to share with you my latest news and updates on the ZEN Voyage CD. AND

I am SOO excited to announce a movie placement for one of my songs !!!! Hooray !!!!

•Song “Breathe” will appear in a film called "She Drives Me Crazy" airing on the Lifetime network. It’s a movie about two estranged sisters who discover their love for one another on a long road trip.

•ZEN Voyage is featured in the September issue of Air Canada's En Route Magazine

I am so happy to announce that my CD, Zen Voyage seeps south of the border and has been released through "New Leaf Distributing" , in the US.

I am presently looking forward into producing a second volume of Zen Voyage, this will be exciting!!!

If you are like me, you are probably wondering what this “Law of Attraction” is all about”…

Last year, I traveled to India to study and sing with a group of singers and chanting masters. As soon as we started chanting, I felt a sudden shift happen within me. It was amazing! I felt such freedom and inner peace. I had discovered music mantras; (old sacred teaching/texts or meditations from the Veda which help calm your mind) and it finally helped me shut the chatter box in my mind….

So how does this relate to the Law of Attraction? As shown in the Secret, the Law of Attraction will help you create your ideal future by repeating your wishes and visualizing your futur in the present moment. By focusing on them daily, the universe will then bring to you the opportunities to act upon and make your wishes a reality…

For me, becoming a mother and continuing a singing career was a difficult challenge so I tried to create a peaceful inner place, somewhere I could always turn to in times of need.

Unknowingly at the time, I guess I was creating my own little Secret. My India experience was so amazing and transformative that when I got back, I decided to record these mantras so I can re-live this inner peace feeling daily.


That’s when I decided to record ZEN VOYAGE, a music CD that will calm your mind and soothe your soul. At Last! I could relax and repeat these texts even while I was working around the house… It helps. Life is still challenging, but I know now that I have somewhere within that I can always turn to. I hope I can help others soothe themselves through my voice and music. Namaste
